Tim Berners-Lee, the creator of the World Wide Web and the first to implement successful communication between a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) client and server via the Internet, is stepping his foot into the NFT or Non-Fungible Token world.
The WWW creator, is auctioning his original time-stamped code which changed the course of the Internet, is a file with approximately 9,555 lines of source code written by Sir Tim, animated visualization of the code, and a letter by Lee, and digital posters of the full code.

Sir Tim’s NFT venture is being handled by a British-founded auction house Sotheby’s. The auction is scheduled for June 23-30 and the bid will start at $1000. This would be a historic sale in NFT after Beeple’s 69 Million dollar auction in the NFT world because the “father of the web” himself is talking over it.
